I came to Tyrone as I heard from many people that he was a very good trainer wanting to loose weight as I was at a stage in my life where my health was being affected. I remember in our very first session that he said
to me that it would not be easy, and he clearly said that my weight loss will
not happen overnight.
So, I started training with him not knowing what to expect but I soon found myself doing exercises that I have never done before like the dreaded burpees (I hate them) and waking up with sore muscles every week. My diet was soon corrected, and I remember him saying that he does not like the word diet but more uses eating sensibly and healthy.
At first, I found it really hard and I wanted to quit so many times but Tyrone
was a great motivator helping me keep on track and teaching me how to change my lifestyle. As a film producer I am very busy and finding time to train is very hard but Tyrone once again forces me to train as he has made me believe in his philosophy that training is not a chore and a short term goal but a part of
life and I truly believe this now.
Now that I have lost weight I’m more knowledgeable in exercising and I find
myself wanting to train more which is great and my health has improved so much
so that I can now have fun playing with my children without getting tired.

My life experiences taught me to enjoy life and leave behind what didn't benefit me. The last two years has enabled me to discover that I am immensely ambitious; I lead a successful career in the education sector working with incredibly supportive leaders that nurture my career and burning desire to do well.
This all sounds wonderful, however I did get a little carried away and ended up socialising a lot! Travelling the world, eating exquisite food with great company. The stresses that came with learning fast after three promotions led me to pick up bad eating habits.
Before I knew it, I was not fitting into my favourite outfits! Adamant to make a positive healthy change, I hit the gym and box-fit- I found that I just couldn't motivate myself or had the patience. One box-fit session later, I asked for Ty's help, my very words were, "Tyrone fix me please!"
